bug with quest "challenge of celladius"

I want you to signal you an issue/bug I am having with one of the main
quest: the 40th, Celladius the blademaster. I have won him many times, in
the time he asks to do it but every time, after the NPC says I have won, he
gives to me again the first challenge and not the second one.
that starts to be boring. Can you please check and fix it? I am a bit tired
to try it...

    Did you actually kill him though? He will say you 'completed his challenge' even if you die/don't finish in 5min.

    Yes if course I have killed him... but not after I reported this bug.
