Protector's Aura: Retalation Aura got bugged?

Ok, i read this skill description. It's said that it make damage reflection to nearby party member. But when i use it, i don't see any damage reflection on my party member. This aura just affect me. Is this a bug? Or it's just the text that's not appear?

    If I remember right you will not see all of the damage reflect ticks., only the ones generated by your character. I know for a fact that it works since I see the reflect ticks on my screen when I am partied with a prot.
