just because a mount is not listed in these does not mean can not buy a combat license and use it as a combat mount. Not even to that point yet and I know that. -

Actually if its not listed there, then you can not make it a combat mount. You can buy all the combat licenses you want, if the mount itself is not combat enabled, you cant fight on your mount. -
