Wades and Dusktown drop Soul Tokens.

The only drop I have seen for Divine Tokens is LCS which sux cause the instance is lame.

I never seen Soul Tokens or Divine Tokens from Dusk. Wades however drops a Divine Token rarely, saw it once.

They are used to open some of your skills in vice tree to get passed lv5.

You trade them for nyos/dyos manuscripts in Nightfall. Used to upgrade some nyos/dyos talents past lvl5.
