Pet Journey Glitch?

I'm trying to help a guildie whos having problems getting her pet to do a quest (Journey). Shes had no problems till now. Shes trying to get it do the "Fishing Contest", and yes, she has 1 more try left. She also has plenty of Companion points. But it keeps saying "Your pet cannot begin... Journey". She said its doing this for all the quests. Are we missing something or is it a bug? Shes always used the same pet and said its well fed.

    could you ask your friend is they can post some screenshots of the error message popping up? I was thinking it could be due to something missing (like a scroll) but there isn't one needed for the fishing

    It started working again when she went to take the screenshot. She said she wished she had been able to take a screenshot though, because it apparently did it for a couple of hours and in case it happened again.

    I found out a solution - just make at least on free space on your quest list ;-) It cannot be full (20/20)
