Where is Morrs?

My level 70 friend is seeking on getting "Sundown Heights" and it says "Reward for completing Reputation Quest [65] Lenasha's Revenge at Morrs". Except we have no idea where Morrs is.

    I did all the quests at Sundown heights before I reached 70, so maybe you need to do all of those first. But, if you can get up the hill to the Ruins (past the barrier), I'd assume that the quests should be available.

    you can find Morrs up in Sundown Heights in the Kalaries Plain map

    I went up there to go see if I could find him myself already, but I can not see him (or she). I could be blind. Or is it because of my level (only 64 at the moment).

    you have to go up past the encampment, there is a path that keeps going up, you may not be able to get past the portal just yet
