As a bard, mp is always a problem especially if you are a light bard and constantly need mp to heal your party members and even with regen drinks its not enough and u burn through alot of mp pots.. So I've been thinking about the possibility of getting a new skill that would actually regen mp for bards and party members, something like Baptism, an aoe that gives u mp every 4 seconds for 15 seconds.. Now wouldn't that be cool!! :D

    You already have a mana drain, you have MANY mana drains if you get some water talents, you don't have nearly as much mana consumption as a mage or a vampire, you want MORE MANA REGEN? =_=

    What? No mention of wrong forum? I'm surprised.

    On that note, I suggest MM's skills that regen mana have 30s cd 0 cast time and recover 500/sec. :D

    Its more of a party mp regen.. It will benefit you as much as it will me..

    I see no relevance between between the attack, evasion and speed buffs with the mp regen..
    However i did check "WindStorm Movement" cause this is the skill that increases your max mana and has a 40% chance to restore it as well..
    My question is this: How effective is this skill? I believe that a 40% chance is small.
    Plus i do respect all bard trees - having 2 different tree bards of my own- but i do believe that for pve light bards are kind of in high demand...

    i want a immunity shield on mages, 45sec duration and 50sec cooldown. (unbalanced ? o.O :P)

    You might have courage and fantasy, but you certainly don't have movement: song of wind. It is the best party speed buff giving 170% speed boost to everyone in range and can be boosted to 200%.

    Also, what Lallen means is the talent windstorm talent which has a 25% chance to restore 1% of your mana every 4 seconds while any Movement song is playing and for the Movement: Song of Wind, its 20% chance of restoring 1% of your max mana to everyone every second. It's not that much, but it adds up especially with a big mana pool.

    Also, btw, Wind Bard's Courage after the lvl 65 talent will give about 800+ attack depending on your attack, so in that sense, it saves even more MP for the damage dealers.

    Mana Burn ?? Played a Sin lately ??

    GOT MANA ? ? ?

    I play my Sin along side my Protector or my Warrior and Sins' mana Bar is EMPTY !! lol

    Now, my Fire Mage, thats a different story . . .

    You wanna burn mana, spam Fire AoEs, you,ll see Mana Burn FAST !!!

    Your Bard goes through Mana ?? sorry, dont have a Bard, so I cant compare

    You can have it, as long as I get my Blade of Reflection to last for 30 minutes, with 10 seconds cooldown and instant cast time.

    Ah now I see why you dont like my super cool idea!!
    1st: I meant it for pve more than pvp.
    2nd: Arena: Easy get a bard on your team so you can have an mp regen buff. Plus if we are talking about balance, i believe mages do have an mp drain aow so id say balance is restored!! yay :P

    You know, absolutely needing a bard for FP is already too much, absolutely needing a bard for arena too is over the top...

    If you get an AoE mana regen I want an AoE hp drain and perma vampire form too... then we can talk...

    You don't NEED a bard for FP lol. I know a certain priest at level 74 who kept the whole party alive by herself and made it through to the end. No wings or Lvl 4 gems or purple gears.

    Bards are less stressfull for healer but if the healer has any clue of what they are doing (and party knows what they are doing for Patrick) then you don't need a bard xD

    Windstorm movement has 1%(maxed) chance to restore mana not 25%, the 25% is 2 how much it can restore, but song of wind have 20% chance to restore mana every second read ur talents closer

    the AoE mana drain is a talent tree skill. the main one is from lightning, and the other from ice. the ice tree's drain is basically 1% mana every second while frozen from absolute domain, which has a 35second+ cooldown.

    the lightning manadrain removes mana from teh mage similar to the amount drained from teh targets. (costs 50% mana to cast and only starts out draining 30% of the targets mana.) in all honesty it doesnt help that much in arena unless its fully upgraded iwth talents, which takes about 5-8 talent points.
