yeah but they are on human priest and human sin as well, not other characters. i don't think there are fashion/csing wings out there in cn.

They do have a way of buying wings, although the page I posted was only translated roughly, it seems you buy CS items and if they have some 'buff' to them, I do not know.

you buy IV gems directly out of cs not wings. the items you exchange for the gems come from buffs from cs. there are no buy-able wings

you have to buy some cs item then you have a chance to obtain a item that can be excanged for lv 4 gem at the man of the entrace of Glistering, you need 180 pieces to get a gem -
