Pet Incubation

How long should I incubate my pet for maximum effect? I don't know if it's minutes or hours or what. Does the bonus keep increasing indefinitely? I could just use a little guidance. Thanks!

    You don't get to choose how long you leave your pet in incubation. But the longer it is in there the better the outcome :)

    You don't decide on incubation time. The 'egg' does. Once it's ready you'll see the window pop up with the hatched pet highlighted.

    White to Green: > 10 min
    Green to Blue: > 30 min
    Blue to Purple: ... no idea

    I think that's right. I'm a bit rusty with the info.
