START BUTTON not clickable!!!!

The launcher updates...then ..the START button cannot be clicked...Update and settings button can be clicked..but..can't click START button....hmmm.What should i do?

ohhh nvm..its downloading something..i did not see..cuz its in small small yellow numbers almost hidden
