Here is a site that briefly explainings types of quests, jobs (cook, alchemist etc), instance system, and pet system. It is not much but hey, it's something. =]

    a social quest named Scent of a Woman must be done by two players of the opposite sex in the form of a team. I haven't completed it, because I didn't have a female companion in the game

    Even though it's a hassle because my companion for FW is a female, this kind of quest, which I really had done, feels special o.O !
