Im trying to abandon The Black Hoof quest.And it wont let me.Im on level 22.On server West: Lionheart.My character name is BlackMagicMan.I tried contacting the NPC's and they wont respond.And if i cant abandon this quest.I cant do other quests.

Starting map main quest where u have to use the black thing item on centarus near the ramp
Check inventory for item and use it on the horse cant help more
