Order Highlands Khaos Chest and Exp books

Noticed today that the Book of Experience you get from the Khaos treasure chests is not giving any exp when you use them - Tried 10 and several relogs but still nothing. The books worked yesterday. Also noticed the time to open is not changing on the chests themselves, no matter what hour I check its been the same. Is this a bug or is this intentional?

    Worked fine for me today, maybe it's related to your server.

    I think I have figured this out, the exp books work to feed Imperial orders and stuff but not for regular exp gain after level 110. That makes no good sence but it is what it is. Either that, or it is a server issue of some kind.

    Level 110 is the level cap. You cannot earn any more experience points towards levelling further once you hit 110 as it is the level cap.
