Second SP tree Skill Acquisition Quest... Confused...

So I have lv 100 Vice and lv 100 Virtue. I am doing this quest on my inheritor toon. I have recieved the Nyos Skill, but I have been trying to acquire the Dyos skill so I may switch between the two trees and ran into this road block...



So I have already made the decision as outlined in the quest description. There are no items in bag, and the dyos skill is NOT on my skills page (hotkey "K") I have done everything so far and the quest will not complete...
Suggestion?

    Well you're lucky, look at how many quests in your log, on my warden one there's just Ipos i can do the next lvl and the bugged break the Barrier only hahaha.

    Am jus waiting on next lv bracket too, to complete the main quest line :/ The only quests left in log are the raids/instances quests where I need the final bosses to complete ._.

    pretty sure I made a thread about this the day the expansion went live. I got my warden to lvl75 on the first day and couldn't complete the quest.

    Same problem here.
    I try to do all the gate quests (both SP trees are maxed, I know I dont have to do) and I hope it will help.
    If its a bug, then I wait.

    This game is sooo full of bugs, glitches, map problems both in and out of instances... its like they release things without actually testing them properly. Got to love it when you or even and entire raid falls INTO the landscape and either have to port out or get pk'ed... Autorouting is a complete joke, a real mess. Its hard to stay loyal to a game so broken...it really is sad.

    Lol! wish there will be x10 more afk dudes in FF, at least will get que, except Sat and sunday every tme i tried go FF got no que (well for at least 15 mins, cba to wait whole day in x-server standing like a moron, that when i am not working ofc otherwise wont even bother).

    when the problem become the solution. Before 12v12 was pretty busy and active, then afker bug came and afkers started to be more and more comon, pushing away people that were not afk. So 12v12 became emptier and emptier till now, afkers and his alts are needed to have a 12v12 queuing

    I have the same problem. :/
    In my case, I was dyos and then did the quest to enable nyos.
