weapon question

Atm I have zod lvl 90 weapon (reaper), but I was wondering is upgraded lvl 95 champ wep better?
With it you lose crit. damage but it has huge attack boost and pve intensity.

    For PvP, the EB90 weapon is better than the Champ 95, Champ 95*, and is about on par with the Champ 95** (where * refers to the upgraded Champ 95, and ** refers to twice upgraded)

    For PvE, and assuming equal reforge levels, the EB95 =~ Champ 95** > Champ 95* > EB90 > Champ 95
