Escort Dusk Melee

We will be hosting special Escort Events beginning today and running every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday until December 21st to bring those of you having difficulty getting through the Dusk Melee raid! However, because some servers have not yet completed it, we are going to have to add a special provision for players to participate in the Dusk Melee.

To participate in Dusk Melee, your server will need to have completed it at least once. If your server has not completed Dusk Melee, you will be escorted through Vengeance! Freedom Harbor.

Before each Escort Event we will open up a sign up sheet for you to secure a roster spot on the forums

This event will be run across all servers the times are listed below:


Mondays

Eyrda Server – 12/12 from 5-6pm PST
Lionheart Server - 12/19 from 5-6pm PST
Dyos Server - 12/19 from 6-7pm CET (9-10am PST)


Wednesdays

Lionheart Server 12/7 from 5-6pm PST
Storm Legion Server 12/14 from 5-6pm PST
Shylia Server – 12/14 from 5-6pm CET (8-9am PST)
Dyos Server - 12/21 from 6-7pm CET (9-10am PST)
Illyfue Server – 12/21 from 8-9pm CET (11am – 12pm PST)


Fridays

Illyfue Server – 12/9 from 8-9pm CET (11am – 12pm PST)
Shylia Server - 12/16 from 5-6pm CET (8-9am PST)
Nyos Server - 12/16 from 8-9pm CET (11am – 12pm PST)


These raids will be 18 players in Dusk Melee and 29 players in Vengeance! Freedom Harbor. Experience isn't necessary. We will accept players of all skill ranges provided they are at the level requirements to make it through (95 +)

Typically each group in the raid should consist of DPS, a healer, off tank, and support. Don't worry about the main tank you guys, we've got that covered, but we will take anyone. Skilled members of the community have offered to assist in raid management, so we will get you in.

For those of you who have already run the raid and made it through, yes you may also sign up. We want to get everyone in the community involved and have a little fun, but mostly, we want to get everyone home again.

We will only be raiding for 1 hour each day and space is limited, make sure you sign up early

    Since i don't see a sign up sheet, sign Divillae and VelvetStrike up for friday 9 december run on illyfue :)

    question... I've been told that for the golden trinket you need to complete dusk melee, if I haven't received this quest yet (for the trinket) will it count thowards the future quest if I finish dusk melee on the 9th?

    No, basically u need to upgrade your trinket with windless wind til the 2nd stage, after you upgrade it you will get a new weekly quest on the XP npc which only counts by being at boss and killing it, by this i mean that if u kil if before taking quest it wont count, doing weekly raids without taking quest wont count, and so on. Also can be either dusk melee or tod 2.

    Guys, please stop posting for signing up in this thread. You have to wait until Dom posts the sign ups for the Escort. It will be a separate thread. Posting your sign up here WILL NOT guarantee you a spot.

    Besides, seems like u Storm dudes forgot, that we suck and arent qualified for Dusk Escort, so get out and make me a pt which can complete that shiet. o/

    can we take that as an evidence, that 90+ content difficulty needs to be nerfed by like 50% immediately? Not next content update, next week xD leave the dead pvp bugs alone and fix what still matters. o/

    no we can take as an evidence that eu gm cant escort^^ 95 raid normal are not that hard and hard mode are real hard mode for once.

    It most likely failed by a lack of teamwork that made the ship unbalanced, thats the only difficult part in dusk, the boss itself is nothing special.
