    Saying the truth about the game is what we need to do, so they can improve it and make our gaming experience better.

    After more meetings, we have another update for everyone:

    • We will not be doing another rollback. After assessing the situation between the time that the rollback completed and when our engineers killed the spend promo script, the damage is not as bad as between Sunday midnight and 1:45 PM, when the rollback started. Therefore a second roll back to remove the remaining gems would do more damage than it would do good.

    • Leaf reimbursement: There is a ticket put in by CS already to have the Leaves that were lost during the rollback, reimbursed into players’ accounts. Unfortunately, players who went on raids, completed quests, or opened orbs and received good items, all of that progress and rewards will be lost. There is no ETA on when this task will be complete.

    • Charge rewards: For users who spent their reward points during the rollback time period will be reimbursed ONLY the reward points that were spent. For users who purchased Leaves during the rollback time period will be reimbursed all of their points. There is no ETA on when this task will be complete.

    • Charge and Spend Promos: Our engineering team has determined the point of failure in both promotions and is in the process of debugging it. Once they have completed their job, and we verify that it works as it should, both promotions will be activated and run their full courses.

    • The compensation pack has been approved across the board and we will be deploying a universal code redeemable once per account on the morning of 11/2/16 10am PDT.

    What always amazes me is the people that seems to be here at forums all day pressing f5, just to insert their bitter "smart and enlightening" comments here, guess which ones, both start with "s".
    Almost looks like propaganda, wonder if they get paid as professional trolls or its just people realy bored and frustrated that comes here to unleash their bad emotions.

    That was allways the same who ever gained something from exploit/bug gets to keep it(remember arena reset 1st, or the other halloween when we did pick NPC portraits and u could refresh site and get what u wanted) as PWE cant do that to payin customers or they throw a tantrum and go away, and we will lose our milking cows.

    you all expect lvl 50 wing cs to get ban? they need them to milk start to save money for charity event, its last hope for fw to save itself, and if u not exploit poor you next time do it faster lesson learned ty.

    you knew just after the rollback that some people were still getting hundred of gems. U decide to wait a few days like this u can say now "it would do more damage than it would do good." gg wp XD

    We need to clarify this. This was not an exploit. There was an error that was thrown by the system that caused a 1 zen to 1 item exchange. Because the script was not killed in time, it still ran causing people to continue receiving gems. The unavoidable nature of this issue does not make this an exploit. It was a bug yes and a bad one.

    In addition, the only gem that was affected was the Bloodstone 4. It offers the least exp and success rating in the Divine Wings system. Even at level 5 it's still very low. For scope, the best gem to use in the system is the Crystalline 5 it yields the highest success rate and the most EXP. And you need a lot of those to max your wings.

    I'm saying that to say this. It could have been a lot worse.

    domino please learn ur game... for exemple if u use lvl 4 gem for the third part of the wing, it will have 100% success!!! and some got thousand of gem, so all lvl 3 done that way! duhhhh

    but cause it s nothing for you, please send me thousand of them too TYVM <3

    For the rest, people are still running around with lvl50 wings whatever the %rate is/would be, when you have thousands of those, it's not like thousands of lvl1 gems, but indeed, it could have been worse o:)

    So... to get this straight... Basicly what you saying is.. "Listen guys, we really screwed up, some users got tones of gems and game stuff and they will got to keep it despite the roll back, for the rest of you, we basicly dont give a damn", thats what you are saying! Meaning that all the rest of us who lost stuff getting successfull gear upgrades, droped good stuff from orbs and lost them, have already spent leaves (basicly real money) will get absofokinlutely nothing! This is so outrageous and seriously demands some legal actions against the decisions made and the way that you decide to "compensate" and correct this whole situation, which on one side helps some users to improve their situation in the game + getting compensation, and loads other users get seriously NOTHING, other than the compensation pack that everyone is getting, while they losing all the good stuff they succeeded from the time lost from the roll back. Seriously this is so so so so wrong, and demands much more actions from the afffected users. If you dont take this seriously and start compensating FOR GOOD those who lost stuff from the roll back you deserve harsh legal actions violating the terms of service in which everyone agreed.

    Domina, PWE failed 3rd time with the bugs that costed ppl alot and u fail to do anything not to anger milk cows. Its simple telling to honest players to go make love with them selfs, as if u get something from a bug u gona keep it and try get as much as u can of them before they close the server to remove said bug.

    And to conclude, from this roll back, I need approx 3500 tofs, 221 dark amethyst scrolls, 1 Combat mount Fe-Nrir, 9d, and the time lost... How will YOU compensate that?

    Still waiting for my leaves I purchased before the rollback. I talked to someone in live chat about it. They got the transaction ID#. Any idea when the leaves will be given back? Or will a refund be given?

    U would buy thoes orb with real money u could file a legal, if u used leafs u can do shiet till u can get hemmoroids, TOS stands that they will provide u a refund of leafs is some disaster happens and they will do that(but no ETA) other actions that make the social unhappy that some individuals rosed to top to faulty bugs and not removing it is just a bad decision, and PWE is proud of making them its their corporate policy(cant name a site from what it is)

    Who said that the actions will involve orbs? lol... You really need to go deeper in your thinking. You buy leaves with real money, with which leaves you buy the rest of stuff in the game. So guess what, real money IS involved, so all legal actions concearning real money spent in a game can and WILL be taken of this doesnt get fixed. It has happened before in other games, and believe me, people got the justice they deserved with compensations of real money. So, since real money is involved in this messed up situation, things will get nasty.

    @thenamesdomino its really not cool if some of the players are going to keep those many many gems. Its like a damn slap on faces of players who lost stuff. Why do i say that? I lost good gear upgrades too and knowing that the rollback, still leaves players with tons of that bloodstone 4s is really damn low. I am yet to get back what i lost to the rollback. What is this? Its ridiculous.. really.. and to the people saying only non spenders are affected, shut up. Spenders are affected too.

    @thenamesdomino action and effort must be taken from your side to do something about the many lv4 bloodstones in game or do something to level the playing field. Trust me though, there is no leveling the playing field when these group of players will be getting compensation too. What a mess...

    please learn it yourself, being one of the ones that received all these unwanted gems i can honestly say it gave like 5-6 levels max if you got 1k+. that is from first tier wing level

    You will need to submit a ticket to our billing department to get a refund. I am only outlining the action plan that we were able to put together for the community at large. We are very sorry to see you go. :(
