April Orb Promo...Not getting orbs

I have sent 2 tickets so far regarding the issue of not receiving the orbs stated on news page. After 2300 leaves spent in the past 4 days I have received 16 orbs total .
I am still waiting to get some kind of reply regarding this issue and my tickets and it has now been 3 days and no response.
Not impressed!!!!

This is getting ridiculous it has been 5 days since the initial problem and four days since the first ticket was sent.I still haven't got a response yet alone the orbs I am owed.Seriously getting pissed off now considering other people have had no issues and if they did their ticket was answered within 2 days at the most[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]Fyrefly
