items dropping from bags in RCE

While doing RCE one of our members in the party got killed by the boss and dropped a item from their bag. The member was also white named. is this supposed to happen?

    Yes, ive seen so many threads about it before. You ALWAYS have a chance to drop something from your bag (unbound ofc) whne you die no matter what killed you, in pve, in pvp, no matter what color your name is.

    In PvE it's not always, only when player x has a debuff that does damage to player y next to him. Player y will see that player x killed him, therefore counted as a chance to drop something.
