Guild Skills... x.x

So the new guild skills you can learn at base seem to be awesome and all, reading the descriptions of some. However, I when I went to learn it... it wouldnt let me :(

Any ideas on this? ANyone else have similare issues? I tried relogging...

    you have to pay 2 d if you want to change what you learned already

    have kinda the same problem. learned a skill but i wanna change it. For that i tough i have to buy that book to overwrite it.
    Just spend 2D on the new book in the hope it will change but... "skill doesnt meet the requirement"
    Do i have to buy the book of the skill i have learned already to remove it? thx in advanced :)

    There is another npc next to that one, but on that one you can learn all the skills.

    Had the same issue as Jonny :/ I would rather the skill that I put up in my op xD Ty guys for the response^^
