Forsaken world not working after installing ARC

Hello GM and frnds,
After almost 1year, i tried to play forsaken world again.
When i clicked game.exe or patcher.exe it says to install Arc installer.
After installing Arc, I again tried to open game.exe or patcher but it just bring arc application window and nothing happens???
Please help guys.

    Oh. So because of that game is not working???
    I mean when i just try to open it, its just doesn't do anything. not even opening the splash screen. And i need to run patcher to update the latest expansion packs, but its not working.

    It wont work with the game being maintence on they turn everything of to the loggings

    So until when this maintenance will over. how much time is remaining?

    maintenance will vary in the time it takes to complete. so, with that said, there is never a completion time given for maintenance. routine maintenance on average takes anywhere between 2-4 hours.

    After maintenance over, I am still not able to start FW. its the same problem. When I clicked to play it doesn't open, I add manually in ARC installer and click play. it still doesn't work.... Please help

    if i was u i would uninstall my old fw, then open arc, download fw again and then it should work.

    I didn't new i have to use pem.exe to play. anyways thanks

    Damn.
    Guys after click pem.exe its opens arc client and shows this window to download FW.

    what the heck, now. I even updated the fw with 166 patches.(When i open update.exe it said to download patch, and i did.) demn it. please help i dont want to again, my internet connection is not fast. help guys.
