Hr reward for demons STILL not working

Third week in a row i get nothing. Can we do something about it please? Support is completly useless (oh what a suprise), sent 4 tickets about the topic and they still give me the most random **** answers i have ever read, one was not even closely related to the problem, just a copy paste default message, and i havent seen any answer from the staff about this topic on the forums. ETA for a fix? Are we even gona get a fix? It was working before, i dont know how PWE manages on **** up things so bad, that they take 3 + weeks to fix something they broke themselves.
3 weeks of missed rewards, 3 weeks of missed divine badges. Come on....
