Arc Maintenance, 12/30 @ 6am PST

Tomorrow morning we're going to be doing some quarterly updates on a number of systems, making sure that everything keeps moving smoothly. As such, billing will be unavailable for a few hours, and same with logging in to the Arc client. (If you're already logged in to Arc or FW, then you'll be unaffected.)

Start time: 6am PST, 12/30
Estimated end time: 10am PST, 12/30

    Thanks for the maintenance update Turtle... is there any news about when we may expect PWE to release FW2?
    CSers are needed to financially support the game,
    Non-CSers are needed to expand the player base,
    Both are equally important to the game.

    So don't be hatin'... :)

    Edit: Nvm e.e just noticed his join date.
    On 8/20/14 at 9:07 AM we have been informed that we lost another member of the FW team to go off to another title. RIP GreyjoyKraken. All hope for FW is forever lost...

    Croxe is not a GM he is a product manager.

    i doubt this admin has anything to do with fw and is just an arc worker, most likely wasting your breath trying to get any answers out of him.

    Will the Arc database issues finally be adressed ?

    I speak of those fake entries, of non existing toons only exisitng in arc but not in game, while nevertheless affecting everything depending on Arcs DB.

    (Codes, newsletters, Promos, etc.)

    why no lv 80 pet in drops, why no soul gold to make lv gear better , why no pet drops on scikle island, why have you fixed the time place back to eastern time, ti suppose to be free game not cost ya 50,000 Dollars to make a toon. ty
