Increase the utility of Nightfall Citadel so it can be a "home"

Back when the Nightfall patch was being introduced, Nightfall Citadel was billed as the new Freedom Harbor for higher level players. Well it is largely abandoned. The problem is that the city is rather incomplete, so you cant base yourself in Nightfall the way you can in Freedom Harbor. And its simple stupid things too.
For instance;
1) You cant turn in Guild: Donation of other "Jessica" quests to the guild NPC in Nightfall.
2) I thought the original preview of the Nightfall expansion said there would be alternate "Henry" quests, but there are none.
3) Many of the rinky dink daily quests (which often come up as Luck quests) should have effective duplicates there as well: Pet Tutorial, Alchemy Tutorial, Cooking Tutorial, Hunting Tutorial, Harbor Guide, etc...
4) There is no World/Personal Luck quest completion NPC there.
5) Gem reforging isnt available in Nightfall.
6) Multiple town portals that can be targetted on the teleporter map (only the center one can be at the moment, but FH has 3).
7) You cant exit from the training grounds to Nightfall at the reputation camps, only from the 1 spot in the corner of the training grounds where ppl arent hanging out.
8) Nightfall needs to be linked to the Mercury Union trade run pitstops and starting locations. Maybe an NPC like Cristopher in FH placed next to Beau the Mercury Tutor.
9) Similar to 8, you should be able to do Midas Touch from Nightfall.
10) Nightfall needs a Social quest giver like Rio in FH, maybe next to Zora the Socialite Tutor.
11) Nightfall needs a Pet trainer, a Hunting (Adventure) trainer, and other similar trainers.
12) The class trainers do not allow you to raise Mastery/Resistance in Nightfall.
... and I'm sure there's more....
They wanted Nightfall to be the Freedom Harbor of higher level players. But its the lack of these features which makes players constantly having to go to FH, and makes Nightfall unsustainable as a "home".

Id love it if they finished Nightfall too id totally hang out there as well. im not holding my breath tho -

on top of this there are 2 areas to nightfal the main castle, an Old town which is well... unused more than night fall NF makes FH look tiny, but theres no real player base that uses it as homeFWs only Acolyte of Khorne --> warhammer40k.wikia.com/wiki/Khorne
