Mount Suddenly Lost

Hello guys.
I was in game, suddenly i lost my mount : Lightning Changer ( lv 20 ) ( combact ).
I was going by luia in freedom arbor , and suddenly my mount disappers from bag!!!! ( i was on my mount , then i dismounted and it disappearde from the bag )
:eek: I want myyy mount!!! D:

    You combat enabled the free temporary racial mount.... Didn't you?

    He didn't, he probably opened NPC Buy Alchemy-Related goods interface while he was still riding the mount, then wanted to dismount for any given reason, and since interface was open for sale, he right clicked the mount to dismount it, ended up selling it to NPC.

    If you didn't relog, check if the mount is still there, in "Buy Back" menu.

    If not, just sent the ticket and they will track ur logs and mail you the mount back.

    check your stash. I accidently right clicked my mount with my statash open an dit dissapeara and i thought it got delete too

    Need right click for sell, and click on mount.
    I have bought my mount from shop for 800 leaves.
    i don't think i sell my mount... then i relogged.

    Send a ticket about that if you can't find it. They log what you do with your toon (destroy, sell, etc...)

    Last time I lost a bunch of Sapphire crystal, didnt know what happen. Sent a ticket and they told me I npced them and returned them back (2 week later after a maintenance).
