does anyone know where to obtain soul crystal lvl 4s from? i know of a random chance to get them from the LCS soul gem packs but i cant believe thats the only way to get it. has anyone discovered another way to get them?

    God's Legacy treasure sometimes have a chance of dropping it. be warned, its a very low chance.
