Hey all. The issue should have been resolved now, Elite SoH should be sent correctly from here on out. For those of you who did not receive them, we will be sending them out as soon as possible. This should be all done automatically, so no need to send in tickets to CS about it (yet...).

I purchased 10 SoH, around 11am PDT. Did not receive any ESOH. At 12:05pm PDT I purchased 10 more SoH and got 10 ESoH about 10 mins later.

So it is still not working correctly in some cases. They still owe me 10 ESoH.

hmmmm ok i got 2 stacks of 10, 13hrs ago an still now elites what is the problem? i understand problems acure but come on pw enough is enough ,u can only go on good faith for a bit ,but 13hrs later ?

I bought 50 (10 per pack) stars of hope, and only got 40 elite stars of hope. They came in mail within minutes I think. And I've waited for over one and a half hours now. Still haven't got the other 10 elite stars. Should I be sending in a ticket?

sry for many replay! But i wonder if u GM's even care of this! i bought 200 star of hope i only got 100 elite! and both was diffrent times . frist i guess was in 18:45 server time i bought 100x 2nd time was 23:40 and i got the frist 100 elite right away after the 2nd time i buy 100x
