Is War Cry Lv9 obtainable?

Sorry if this has been questioned before, but both 'war' and 'cry' are words that are "too short" to be searchable.

I have been watching the Auction House for weeks now, and i have yet to see a single War Cry Lv9 being sold. This is several checks per day. According to the help menu at level 76, this skill scroll is obtainable in FP or Treasure Maps, but i have yet to come across it. Is it just my bad luck and bad timing to have never seen this? Or has anyone else noticed a lack of this spell?

    I got it months ago, and some guildies too.
    I would say this is the hardest skill to get for wr but still not that extraordinary to get it :)

    Relic guardian WB dropped one a couple of weeks ago. Not sure about the rank tho, I'm not a warrior.

    I think thats War Cry Lv10, the AH has alot of those. Probably because noone wants to buy it if they cant get Lv9 first.

    Press K, then Select "Class Skill Book" at the bottom. Apparently War Cry lvl 9 is found from treasure maps and FP.

    This skill and Lightning Wings lv2 are hardest to get imo. I'm still lacking LW2 which is the ONLY skill I miss (every, single, other one I have)

    Bought War cry 9 for 25g ages ago when cap just raised :D

    Which is weird because i have LW2. I'm only missing War Cry 9, and the skill which requires chalices (still working on) and ANC coins (still working on). Since i'm confident on getting those 2 skills soon, they arent a concern. Its just War Cry 9 i havent even gotten a glimpse of.

    Lunagrant/Gloomy/Hazed are lvl 40-60 maps. Those never contain player skill scrolls (pet skills yes, but not player skills). Sleeping Jungle is 60-80 land, which is obviously the ones that would yield skills that are all lvl 60-80.

    Lol for lighting wings 2 i wud suggest FP, I got mine form there and next day with next run i got another one :D:D:D
    I guess im just uber lucker tho 2x LW2 means drop rate cant be that low :p
    Ohh and if i remember right it was that Stoneman boss, one b4 Kluer that drops it.
