Pray skill lvl 2

As I mention at the topic, now I'm lvl 36 still haven't have Pray lvl2 skill since I asked Guild mates they said it in the Menento box at lvl 30 or lvl 35. I'm sure I had use that book skill but my Pray skill still at lvl 1. If anyone know which NPC or how to get to lvl 2 for Pray skill I'm appreciate it. Thanks in advanced.

    There're 2 Skills with the same name : Pray

    1st is the one you click hourly to receive a blessing from the Celestial Signs. You will recieve the level 2 book from your box.

    2nd is the one that restore 25% mana and grants immunity to stuns,etc. There is no level 2 as of yet.
