Soul Collector

Okay, on the soul collecting part of the mercury quest (2nd run) you get a neat item called "soul collector".

If you were to put that item into your hotkey bar (number 8 it my case) it will stay there with a zero quantity number inside of it after you finish the quest. No big deal, you drag it off and it disappears. When the game crashes... and it inevitably will... you re-login and OH LOOK.. it is BACK... This damn item has been in my task bar.. even though it isn't in my inventory.. since day one of phase 4. I have deleted it... and it keeps coming back.
