I hereby request that any user who makes a topic and has less than 10 posts be spammed with popup messages saying "No, you are not in Beta til you see a congratulations message specifically stating what phase you are in", followed by several more popups... such as "Are you sure you read the stickies?" etc.

Once the person hits OK to the popups... then they get to post.

If the person still posts on a topic that was answered by the stickies... IP BAN THEIR STUPID ****.
