I claim this city in the name of Rage Quit... Its the top left of the Kalaires Plains map, the shadowed out area. Both paths up to it instantly teleport your **** back to the start if you arn't level 60, such fun! Level 67 ghosts inside, cool crystals, and its own little town.

    I tried to get up there by climing the mountain side and when I got reaaaaallly close, it teleported me. I certainly wasn't going to try again. I have better things I can do with my time.
