Are the pets in FW gonna be as important and powerful as they are in BOI?

    I hope not :) I hope they make pets a nice addition to your damage but not lethal to be without. Aswell as a Tamers pet should be OP. :P:P:P:P:P

    and i read somewhere on the China forums that a good pet is extremely helpfull in pvp

    If pets are gonna be extremely helpful in PvP then I guess PvP will be ruined by the people that CS, assuming you can buy items for your pets from the zen market. Just like how pets ruin the BOI PvP. :(

    Hopefully they do not make pets limited only to cash shop users. Just because they say "players can get", does not give much information since they could juts throw it in the cash shop to mess with us.

    *sigh* This is another game that could be ruined by stupid thinking, greedy mindsets, and horrid planning.

    Tamer is a profession so I don't think it's limited to CS. (Maybe some special pets in CS though...)

    much more important that BoI imo.. like JD u can upgrade it evolve.. soul pet and such ^^ soul pet system which is pretty kool so yeah just wait and ull be surprise xD

    i hope they dont limit the option of pets too much.. T-T i wunt like.. something that looks freindly that you wana cuddle with, but also beats the **** outa stuff xD... thats probably non existant in any game.. lol

    Honestly i like the fact that pets were limited to only one class in pwi
    with a Herc a veno could pretty much solo alot of bosses....
    i dont care much for pets honestly... but if they are the deciding factor in a pvp match then i suppose they are important to have... but i dont like it

    True very true.. can cost $2000+ to make a G18 pet in JD.. crazy enough there is people willing to spent that to for a pet O.o.

    Well JD is just a super CS spender game now.. to upgrade pets u need celebeans. They cost 0.75c each or 0.50c per lotto (contains 3 if u hit lotto for them)... people say it averages 2.5-3k celebeans to make a G18 (not even a maxed pet).

    Edit: I really hope this game dosnt become like it with CS items only and no way to earn the item in-game.

    Honestly this game is going to start off as players earning their prizes, and like every other game, developers expand and add new patches that ends up being all about $_$

    If all classes can have a pet, then you are going to have to spend a lot of money if you want to get it to be good. And some people will spend that money to get the best pet, which will ruin it for people who don't spend money. Whether you like it or not, it will most likely happen...

    Already raged about npcs and soloing. Don't think that has any say...

    Don't need and pet to be my tank and main DD. Talk about putting in no effort, well except

    to overpower your pet.

    Can pets go into the instances? Every video Ive seen with a pet has been in world map I think. Anoyone who has played beta or seen a vid with pet in an instance let me know, and if Vid post link plz.

    I read that tamers are able to have pets such as elite mobs and bosses.. Although, there might also be some in the CS.. only time can tell. ;)

    man people are still doing one of the role playing **** ... w/e grow up xD

    anyway.. I love my pet in JD =.=" Pet are important in PvP man.. i hope it like JD ... my monkey can debuff and low deffense as much as 20% and bleed up to 50% HP xD or sum pet can heal like over drive >:) i love those pet in JD.. xD.. and yes.. there will be some pet in cash shop ^^...

    PWI sucks I don't want FW to be a second PWI...
