How much do you need to put in game to raise and acquire new CS Ranks? i already know Eyrdan Player, and Eyrdan Knight, but can't remember the ones inbetween...

It's actually based off the number of leaves obtained, as opposed to the dollar amount. 40 leaves = 1 CS rank point. Things like currency bonuses or charge bonuses for $50+ amounts can result in dollar amounts that are up to 30% lower than assuming $1 = 1 CS rank point.

So, talking about Rank Points, as opposed to $ amounts:

Player = 10? (not sure)
Member = 20? (not sure)
Cleric = 50
Lord = 100
Knight = 300
Noble = 500
Baron = 700
Viscount = 1000
Earl = 3000
Marquess = 5000
Duke = 10000
Monarch = 15000
