The maintenance team has been working all night on the issue and Illyfue has recently opened back up.

As for Eyrda, I've already notified the team and we're looking into it as well.

UPDATE - the issue on Eyrda has been corrected as well

is nice....but my main char still not work !!!! get stuck in glitch 28.11. really long. Now all get chars back, only me not.

So, my items from Recived Tab in Auction House and from my Mail ( Player Mailbox and System Mailbox ) are gone.
Everything what was there disappeared. We all know we use those 2 things ( Auction House and Mail ) as extra bag, and we hold there items for using later or for sell or for whatever need each of us has with them, items from redeem codes, items from spending leaves, items from charge reward and list can continue . So everything, i saved in those simply vanished Monday 4.12.2017. Ofcourse i wrote a ticket to support but unfortunately, the support kinda show lack of interest in fixing my problem and with many ''sorry'' placed my ticket to the ''Solved'' answer, even there is nothing solved in my problem. They asked me to tell them the items are missing, really who even have a list with whole items they are holding in Mail/Auction House, im sure nobody. Even so i provide them few of items i knew for sure was there but the answer was same. I wander now, how much can we the players can trust to keep items in Mail/Auction House. I kinda dont have anymore trust in those, because what if i save again items and then again they will simply vanish? If they are too ashame to admit they cant fix this problem, they should say it clear, not hide behind same reply which is quite insulting, because if you cant do what you say, you step away and let other person who know what to do. So dear GM's, who can give me back the items which vanished from my account if not the game support? I'd like to have an answer clear and detailed.

same here, can't log into the game after some functions gone away in the vast universe in an epic trilogy of a dangerous journey full of great adventures and love, killing, some not needed scenes and stupid heroes that never dies but all the killing is there all the time......... they just gone... oki...

Good evening. I was able to login a while ago. After that I couldn't see any other players. I could only see their name, but not them. Furthermore, all my friends seem to be online, but with offline signs. I tried to relog and I can't login anymore. What is going on?

Same here, mail boxes on multiple characters have now been emptied. Both system mails and normal mails, and as above i know there were valuable items stored in there but can't give a specific list.

And again we cant login. God damn fix this. And do it correctly this time. Or the server will go down again on weekend when noone is in office.

Edit: with forcelog managed to login. Exp rates are wrong.

It is amusing and rather sad tbh i wont deny it, mostly cause some months ago i warned them through support about some exploits, a normal management would have banned the abusers and fix the problem, but this is fw, so instead they pushed an heavy content patch with hard content to make ppl invest more to be able to clear content, and released orb within a orb without even testing, and it ended up on it being corrupted now illyfue database is unstable, so yeah im being honest, cause i just cared for a playable game, and PW so far only showed interest on my wallet, i can totally feel you on that pio.
Glad i uninstalled this game, but FW, FW always makes me laugh how they manage to fail so hard, i was a closed beta day one veteran like me there is only a few that wont fill a hand of fingers, and their opinion is similar to mine on this forums, and they usually get shooved as salty and so on. The day it closes i will be here, or everytime they fail hard im here to scold again. Idc what others think, i do care for what quality of game i was playing, FW in a nutshell atm sums itself on P2W lootboxes/casino roulette simulator with a 3d chat, if thats fun for the ppl left its their choice, definetly not mine, im just a very competitive player that aims for the fun acumulating stats to look pretty in town, thats boring for me so i moved on ;D
