There are no fusion agents lv 5 in our game. If you mean the Fusion Agent: Skycrystal then yes, the text is wrong since they came out in the game. Chronoshard and Stormstones are also wrong but they work as intended.
Just as a tip it's cheaper to get skycrystals lv 4 and then combine with regular fusion agent lv4 for a Skycyrstal V.
Ex.

With Fusion Agent: Skycrystal V:
You need 1 lv 5 Ragefire, 1 lv 5 Shattershard, 1 lv 5 Mistshroud and 1 lv 5 Eagle-Eye. For each lv5 gem. Foe each gem you need 5 lv4 of each type and a fusion agent lv4 (25g lowest price in LH) to combine into lv5 and 1 Fusion Agent: Skycrystal Lv 5 (1g) for the Skycrystal V resulting in a total of 1.01D + 20 lv 4 gems (5 of each type).

With Fusion Agent Lv 4:
You need 5 skycrystals IV which require 1 lv 4 gem of each type and 1 Fusion Agent: Skycrystal IV (1g) (total of 5g for all skycrystals IV combined) and 1 fusion agent lv 4 (25g) to combine into Skycrystal V resulting in a total of 30g and 20 lv4 gems.
