Any Info on the 3 New Guild Buildings?

I know how the Guild AH works, but what does the other 2 do? :l and whats with the Flyer Exchange at the Guild AH NPC lol

On one you can get combat skills but only can be learned one skill and you can use it like another skill for combat and the other it's supossed to get some sort of reputation to exchange it for Advanced Mounted Licenses of 30 days what have stats but IMO only the golden one with CC is the most useful.
