I would rather see Medusa Gloves get changed to support both combos and blasts. So, pretty much R1 powers get boosted by em. Bugs aside, making (and playing) medusa glove builds is a bit boring due to the power selection being so limited. So, I think that would make them more fun to use without being a huge power boost.
Yeah, would be fun. Ofc some blasts already hit pretty hard (with the right setup) compared to the others. So, levelling that out might be a nerf to builds like ice and telepathy.. which really don't need less damage. Also I'd like to see the bug of medusa stack falloff taken care of before any more buggy toys get added.
You could be in trouble for doing that. It is considered to be a form of griefing, since you are forcing players to tag you by putting yourself in the middle of an open mission. In short, don't do that again. Really the OV system is in desperate need of an overhaul, it's terribly designed.

Gonna disagree with my previous post.. after working on a chonk powered armor female... I have to agree that the female shoulder situation is worse than the male. Also a fair number of of female costumes are missing material options (are metal only)... and it's different parts than the male parts with that same issue. AUGH!
This has been happening (very frequently) to me as well. Also, it seems that 10 seconds is too short a time for this buff. Even if you fix this stack falloff bug, the stacks will be unreliable at OMs due to hits not registering.
Responding to question 2... They are both ranged attacks, so will inherently do more damage for a ranged build. I'd say melee particle damage builds (i.e. laser sword) has better ways to apply disintegrate. But, shockwave wouldn't be a terrible choice.
