  • It was procc'ing TP Reverb pre-nerf/adjustment. I suspect making it a dual stun and paralyze just meant somewhere along the way it was missed out of the flagging process when it was taken apart. Hopefully its a quick fix!

  • On this note... Stress is simply not being consumed. The intended effect is still happening (additional damage). Bug - Mind Break Stress from any source is no longer consumed by Mind Break, however the interaction still works for Mind Break overall damage purposes.
  • Change to Focused Shot has just given it something in addition to the base damage, in the same way Sniper Rifle had "stun" and damage. Focused Shot now has "charge time reduction" and damage. They are pretty much equal now, so it is unlikely Focused Shot will get anything without Sniper Rifle being improved also.

  • Root Resistance has no direct or indirect detrimental effect to Hold Resistance stacks as it operates on its own type of resistance. As Panta previously noted, some CC builds use roots to build manipulator because of this. So no loss really!
