looks like it was a Launcher problem after all - logged in just now and got a mini launcher update before the main menu came up - Neverwinter is now patching - will try others once this finishes *crosses fingers*

Yeah, I'm currently experiencing problems with the Zen store too, instead of going to the Credit Card info page its directing me to the Skrill page which won't allow me to make a purchase, here's hoping it gets sorted out soon :/

yep, theres a lot of people complaining about this issue atm, I have the same problem - silver so bought the archetype...can't use it...
