I think people should be rewarded for costume changes instead of charged. There should be some way to "Like" costumes in game, maybe with a right click action or some key and that earns people money. Costume contest all day every day everywhere.

Save citizens and collect the missions until they don't give them to you for that level, or you level up and start getting another group of missions. I've done it that way daily on dozens of characters for months. Help a Citizen mission for level 30+ are Alerts, a shame they didn't use all the maps for more variety.

On the left of the minimap, third button down (not including the button that appears across the top when you hover over it), "Socrates" Click that, then "Search for Emergencies" then turn in most missions to appropriate quest giver.
