  • When choosing the texture of the just the left or right hand, it always changes both hands to the same texture. So you can have metal in left hand and leather in right hand, etc.

  • "Reduces all non-combo direct damage by 50%." Would you consider exempting Ultimate powers? (and Ultimate devices). Given their nature, I think they should not have their damage debuffed by the Medusa gloves.

  • Well, I thought I read somewhere that the 20% dmg res of Brilliance is in the block layer. Which isn't all that useful if you block due to DR. But if you actually miss the block then that 20% (plus possibly another 20% from Elusive spec in Warden) might be enough to actually save your toon.
  • Decided to test it out in PTS, looks like having a Healing Glove over Precision Glove increases Iniquity's heal by 3%. Doesn't seem like a lot vs. an extra 3% crit and 16% severity but of course that's for crittable heals only.

  • I would say using Viper's Claws and Tiger's Bite with Brawler specs (Setup + Flanking) does way more damage than using Dragon's Claws with DEX stacking. Could still keep Dragon's Claws with Rush if you have energy issues.

Illumination is an amazing heal, the heal procs off all ticks of Ball Lightning and Sparkstorm even when I’m blocking.   • Well I tested Upper Hand with Viper's Fangs and 1) no stats/gear, and 2)with stats and gear. With nothing it looks like Upper Hand doesn't add crit, but strangely with stats & gear it looks like it is adding 6%. Very odd, will have to test it again.

  • BUG: 1) Shredded does not refresh; 2) Shredded does not stack at all, a Shredded debuff from another player will instead REFRESH Shredded.
  • There is no softcap, I don't know where in the world that idea came from. We've tested it on Frosticus and with a huge amount of debuffs you can really get his damage down. BTW, you forgot CS for 5% and CC for 20%. Both work on Frosticus too.
  • Please do not do this device cooldown change. It's ridiculous to add your vehicle and have it wait to be used. I'm sure we'll find even more problems with this. If there is some exploit, there's got to be a better way to address that than this.
