Specifically, the debris that it generates can cause intensive lag to those with low-end PC or laptop. It can be alleviated only by bringing the fx quality to low, because unfortunately the max debris setting doesn't seem to work with telekinetic maelstrom.

Unfortunately last time I checked, Ice Snap only increased the CHARGE damage of Ice Blast. So yeah, Ice Snap isn't that great unless you charge Ice Blast, or you use Shatter. If you really wanted an Offensive Passive, you could take Quarry, but then I fear the build wouldn't be too much original after that. :biggrin:

I'd say the SS combination CON/EGO/INT it's best than with EGO primary, CON at least gives some badly needed knock resistance, and more hp. This "exploit" is just the fact that cryptic is too lazy to fix a longstanding issue with that power. Anyway, as a provisional fix for this issue, you can just bring visual fx to low and physics to 0.

90c might not be much for you, but for those using laptops or older gpu that much heat can pose a serious risk to the hardware, and he isn't the only one complaining about it.

True, true and true, my laptop shut down on 2 occasions (and I brought down EVERYTHING to low setting, even set the video memory limit to 128) while doing the alert, I fear of bringing my char on that mission again now, this laptop is barely 1 and a half year old now, and I want to keep using it as long as I can.

I don't recommend putting points on Travel Powers, if you can, try to get dark speed. Reactive Strike isn't really a spec that I would recommend too, you might have better results with Tenacious.
