Holy Water is currently not available for unlock on the PTS. Would be good to have it for testing purposes. Nice to see it was optimized a bit. However, it doesn't feel like it does a whole lot now, and as a rune I assume it'll compete with Healing Runes for placement/power ticks. This sounds detrimental to a group where…
With Compassion stacking becoming a bit tougher when multiple healers are present (i.e. Cosmics), healers may need additional healing forms that trigger off of something other than healing. For Fire healers, Smoldering presents an apt solution (in spite of its scaling stat being bad for investment), but those who only have…
The experience I had with the Sorcery Circles before the changes and what's being changed about them now doesn't really make them that much more appealing, and they always felt clunky to use locking the player in place for their benefits. Circle of Primal Dominion, the Defensive circle, typically was the most appealing of…
We did all we could to lessen the blow, but even then... an insurmountable amount of heroes have been lost to the change in business model. I wish that there was a way to "grandfather" in previous freeforms without having to pay such a steep price per character. Lot of people have hit this wall and are unable to pay to…
I don't quite know how you do your shows, but voice chat doesn't have a "local" feature here. It's only available if you are in a team or supergroup. You're essentially always broadcasting to an audience in-game if you're using it at all. If you've recently left a SG (i.e. New Champions ####) then that channel is no longer…
At base, all characters will have 5 in every stat. After that, each innate talent provides another 5 to every stat at minimum. So, each character should have at least 10 in every stat. Innate talents obviously boost some stats more than just 5, so there's that to account for. You can view each innate talent available…
The hoarder in me feels upset since stars will take up even more valuable inventory space... but I suppose selling the spares may just net me a little extra pocket change. Eh, it just means more inventory management I guess.
Something that I think might help personally is more Non-Aura Support Passives and adjusting how Aura passives scale their benefits. Hearth and Seraphim are rather nice passives to have on a Support with the appropriate damage type, but don't get much time to shine with how strong Auras are. This becomes incredibly…
That's interesting to see. I don't think the Midnight is any actual AT though. It's not one we have available at least. I wonder if they messed up in renaming the Void or just made an entirely new AT Template for the future and forgot to keep it hidden.
"The Midnight" was the Innate Talent given to the Void before its rework. It was renamed to that after the Void was given a new Innate Talent. The same thing applies to "The Assassin" which was formerly for the Specialist AT and "The Protector" which once belonged to the Master AT.
This would definitely be interesting to know. Of course, the simplest answer is probably a lot like what you just said. Instead of causing damage to an enemy's being, Ego damage is basically breaking down the mental state of the enemy and forcing them to submit against their will, by a psychotic break, or by turning them…
If by leveling, Alert Dailies and Adventure Packs/Comic Series stuff. Once you hit endgame, Rampages, Cosmics, Lairs and the like in addition to the Alert Dailies and AP/CS.
There has been a lot of "under the hood" changes this year, so I imagine that's been their focus. Cleaning things up and optimizing will likely make it easier to pump out the more player-facing changes like event content and power reviews. Lately there hasn't been much, but I feel like this is all to gear up for something…
You can get some good runs and some bad ones. Sometimes the team comp just doesn't have it in the cards to make it through StE. We've normalized as best we probably can for a while. Grouping up before the alert and knowing the capabilities of the team is still the best way to guarantee a successful run.
If you're having troubles connecting, open the Launcher's Options and select an appropriate Proxy, or if you're already using one, remove it. Usually helps me.
[Knitting Lariat] - Uses yarn to yank enemies closer to the user. Advantage: "Let grandma help" - Summons a super-granny who will incapacitate the target by knitting clothing on them and constantly yelling at them to stand still while she works. [Ugly Sweater Gift] - Confuses the target with the gift of a sweater, causing…
You would be missing out on a lot of damage taking AoPM over WotW. Although, if you're doing some sort of Melee/Support with a theme like Powered Armor/Single Blade, it may be wiser to look into Laser Sword and taking something like Quantum Stabilizer as a passive. That way you can take a couple of tricks from PA and the…
The way CO is designed doesn't really allow for anything useful to be more complex than those categories. There are ways to make those effects play out in more unique manners though. A direct reduction of active cooldowns and/or charge times would be an interesting buffing concept. It "technically" fits into all the…

Any faction using the Shotgun as a regular attack as opposed to the charged version will bypass Knock Resistance until the player reaches the full stacks for the immunity. This includes the Hoods from the Thug faction and its variants, as well as the soldiers from Warlord's Shadow Army within Harmon Labs.
If I remember right, things that layer over the skin/textures of costumes don't mix with one another. I guess just keep that in mind next time you've got ideas and test things out on the PTS if you can to be sure before making a final decision.
Bug: Though the new score reset on Kiga appears to work, it leaves behind the names of players set to 0 score. This is more of a visual representation concern, but clearing the participation and removing the names of those set at 0 score would make the scoreboard look cleaner and help ease on performance by reducing the…
The idea with Hawkeye was that players would build up its stacks and refresh them all using Snap Shot since Straight Shot doesn't do that. Once all the stacks are in place, the player could use Explosive Arrow or Focused Shot and cut the time it takes to cast either by a grand total of 22.5%. I thought about maybe Hawkeye…
After some thought, here is a mockup of what I was thinking of. Doesn't have to be this way in particular, but something to give each Superstat a personality. Like I said, there's probably going to be overlap and it's all disregarding balance concerns. Strength Primary *Dexterity Secondary - Melee Critical Severity…
It better be Destroyer... that wuss. All he does is send his rinky dink robots and be all "Bwuahaha, I'm evil. Look at my toys." Come on out, Destroyer. Your "plotting" is futile, only action matters. (ง ͠° ͟ʖ ͡°)ง
BUG: Being near Lycans while they are in combat can infect the player with Lycanthropy. Considering how Bite! currently functions, the Lycanthropy effect is no longer needed and could be removed. I'd say that Bite! is only fun when there's a decent turnout for it. There's a power discrepancy between individuals on either…
Monster Hunter World. Been a long time fan of the series and I'm finally glad we've got one on PC. Fighting the monsters is incredibly satisfying and mixing sets of gear to create different builds is nice. Although, I'm more of a casual hunter compared to most other "veterans" of the series. Aside from that, every so often…
Even though they removed the whole "New character for each Lv40" feature, I find that having an LTS still makes it significantly easier to create new freeform characters than Non-LTS. I mean, we get a 500 Zen monthly stipend and can use the normal 100 Zen character slots in place of the high-dollar freeform ones. That's…
