In any build where you have Bountiful Chi Resurgence and minimal/no dodge, you would be 109% better served using Conviction. On "Ninja," you have too many powers that do the same thing and overlap. I don't have Ball Lightning for its damage. It's there to spread negative ions. But I may not need that extra bit of mitigation, and extra damage is always nice. So, about the build, I get most of the changes, but why Overdrive? It won't scale with my superstats and I can proc KI effortlessly. Also, why Ice Sheath over Ego Surge? I get that I'm not getting a lot with Nimble Mind, but I still get a good 9-10% buff to crit chance.

Spirit Reverb only works if you hit the mob with paranormal damage. If you are slashing him w/ your sword, then you will not receive energy, and you will have to use your energy builder. If you are hitting him with the dark attacks, why did you get the sword attacks?
