    I'm doing something similar myself, though my character concept focuses on the gunplay more than the telekinenesis. I'd post my build, but I can't use the Champion Builder at work.

    Munitions/Telepathy is a really good combo so far, there's a lot of synergy. I use Ego Hold + Mass Effect as a opener, and play a ranged/kiting build with teleport and mines. Having both high DEX and EGO makes all my powers pretty strong.

    Superstats:
    Level 5: Super Dexterity
    Level 13: Super Ego

    Powers:
    Level 1: Gunslinger
    Level 1: Two-Gun Mojo -- Rank 2
    Level 5: Killer Instinct
    Level 5: Teleportation
    Level 8: Breakaway Shot
    Level 11: Mini-Mines
    Level 14: Lead Tempest
    Level 17: Ego Hold -- Mass Effect
    Level 20: Lightning Reflexes
    Level 23: Ego Sprites

    If you are going for all out DPS using TK + Shadowform, your stat ranking is End > Ego > Dex. Go End/Ego with Dex as your third wheel stat.

    I don't like glass cannon builds and went Con/Ego + Dex without Shadowform which still does good damage and I can have CON with Regen. My Ego Blade Frenzy proc'd will take out up to 5 +3 minions. If you aren't making a straight grouping build (ie. you won't have a tank keeping damage off you) I favor the tougher build.

    So what does end have over dex? More steady damage?

    Because it's going to be very difficult for me to retcon all the way back to my first superstat. DX

    Shadow Form scales with End.

    Dark Transference + Blood Transfusion gives you the ultimate glass cannon awesomeness unending energy, DOT on yourself + immunity to heals + 50% damage boost to all your powers.

    This. Shadowform scales with End much better than Ego Blades scale with Ego.
