I posted this in another thread, but I'm just going to put it here as well.
Okay, how about the retcon works like the tailor? You go into the PH, enter your build screen, make your changes, and the cost is reflected by the amount of changes made, and how severe they are. So if I want to swap out a T2 power from Force for a T2 power from Might, it would be a set cost, plus the removal of any advantages I tacked on to that power... So to remove the power and add a power of the same tier, 25g plus 5g per advantage.
That way you wont have to pay to drop 6-7 powers/advantages to just change that one, but also you cant remove requirements for other powers you may already have.
Then you could have levels of expense like travel power being the most expensive
then T3 powers
