Sorry, I know its a double post, but my first one was a mistake.. I posted at the wrong area. 
I am thinking of doing an elec/force kind of build, and so far I had that in mind. I feel that my choices are not perfect, and I am lacking ideas as to how to continue for the last few levels. Any idea, comments or suggestions as far as powers/talents/advantages go is much appreciated!

there is no point in taking both lightning arc and chain lightning.....
its best to just rank one up as they are ur bread and buter single target attacks... there is no point in spamming gigabolt on a boss, therefor u choose either lightning arc or chain lightning to spam....
i tend to use chain lightning as it allows me to run and gun... ie doesnt tie me down to standing still which is great in pvp... standing still with lightning arc is painful!
however lightning arcs damage is higher
To be honest, once you have Gigabolt and Death Arc you won't use anything else. For Super Villian fights I just make sure there are lots of henchman I can gather up; get a big mob of them and Gigabolt them ontop of the SV from out of Range. Once one dies they all cascade Death Arc and it will take down the SV np.
