Freckles! (Costume Costumization Option Suggestion)

I did a quick search for "Costume Suggestions" and found some scattered threads, then I added "freckles" to the search and was appalled to find no hits.
Freckles need to be a customization option. How am I supposed to represent a Devon Aoki look without adorable freckles? I could easily see this being dropped into the "diffuse" option under faces - and there should be a couple of freckles options, from lots (like Devon Aoki) to just a smattering.
While taken lightly, this post is serious. I'd love to see freckles available.
