Dragon Kick Bug

Dragon Kick under the martial arts power set is bugged... it says that you can stun your targets when used at full energy, but that NEVER happens, ever!! no matter what i am fighting or if I am at full health or energy... doesn't matter....

All it is right now is a damaging kick.... nothing more.... :mad:

PLEASE!!! FIX!!!

    I was stunning guys last night with Dragon Kick, and have been since I picked up the skill. I haven't tried today, though. How long has this been going on for you?
